Our HomeScore assesses a property across 83 individual attributes, grouped into 8 categories. Each attribute is scored on a simple 3-point scale during an on-site inspection.

Category scores are then calculatedas weighted averages, where immutable or expensive-to-change attributes carry a higher weight than cosmeticor easily changeable ones.
