I spent most of my career on the selling side. That's where you learn how a buyer gets moved: what gets left out, when the pressure arrives, and which pricing signals actually mean something. I use the same knowledge now, pointed the other way.
The person you talk to is the person who inspects the property, triages the section 32 before you pay a conveyancer to go through it properly, calls the agent and stands there on the day.
I'm a licensed estate agent with an economics degree from the Berlin School of Economics and fifteen years in the industry behind me. Most of my work arrives through someone the buyer already trusted, which is roughly how this reached you.
I'm easy to deal with. Selling agents would put it differently, and that's the point.
You are a first home buyer and you want to be hands on.
You know the suburbs and you want to be part of the search. What you want next to you is someone who has spent years on the other side of the table: someone who tells you whether a property holds up, what it is worth, and who does the negotiating when it counts.
Copilot is buyer advocacy built and priced for first home buyers. It gets you off on the right foot, with professional guidance and a clear strategy from your first inspection.
Every decision is yours. My job is to make sure you know what you are doing when you make it.
I make sure you will not pay too much, you will not buy a bad property, and you will not miss out.
90 days. Six steps.
Two one-hour sessions, in person or online, where I show you how I assess a property. Your first two weekends of open homes put it into practice, with a review after each.
After every weekend of open homes, we review it together online. It is an open conversation: what caught your eye, what did not, and every question in between. You get honest feedback, and week by week you see what I look for in a property, and why.
When a property is worth a serious look, I inspect it and give you a full analysis, up to six times. You get my read on what it is worth, how it compares with the alternatives on the market, and the strategy to buy it. Where there is an owners corporation, I go through its issues and its financials, and before you commit, we stress test the decision against your brief.
Building and pest inspection and a legal review of the contract, organised before you sign anything.
I negotiate and bid for you, up to three times. Most of my 15 years were spent on the selling side, so I know how agents run a sale and what they are listening for. Private sale or auction, you go in with a strategy, and the agent is dealing with someone who has sat in their chair.
The pre-settlement inspection, and my professional network whenever you need it.
One fee.
Some of the best properties never reach the portals. For $990, I open that door for you. If you buy one of them, a purchase fee of $4,950 applies.
J. engaged me to find her a home in Elwood. She was buying on her own.
Over about two months we discussed 29 properties. Fourteen of them were off-market or pre-market.
She settled on an apartment in a low-density, tree-lined side street right next to a small park. The owners had paid $761,000 for it in 2021. They listed it at $745,000, which was still more than it was worth.
Before she made a move, I told her what I thought it should sell for. She loved the place, so we went ahead.
We turned the due diligence around quickly, and I researched the other owners in the block. There are only four.
She bought it for $695,000, on her preferred settlement terms. That's $50,000 under the asking price, and I managed the whole process.

Twenty minutes, no obligation. We work out what your money buys in the suburbs you're actually looking at, and whether working with me makes sense. Sometimes it doesn't, and I'll tell you so.
