Overall - this is by no means a bad home, but it will need some thoughtful upgrades to make it a great one and, once done, it will be a great castle for a young family until more space is needed. There is no obvious urgent work that needs to get done, although some improvements might drastically increase ones enjoyment and lower the energy bills.

Baxter Street is not a premier street in the area and rather far from the local shopping strip. It is a quiet street with developed houses surroundig it, the risk of overdevelopment is relatively low.

The property is positioned quite far back and most of the front land is used as parking - having said that, there is still a bit of space left for a trampoline and the fencing is adequate.
The rear garden is small-ish, you wouldn't have big gatherings in the home, but it's enough for a midsized family and friends BBQ.

Not brand new, not old, dated? Maybe a bit, but it's aged well. There are a few similar homes around, some in better spots, not many in as good a condition. Considering Baxter Street can be considered a turnkey opportunity, it comfortably holds it's ground.
