The house presents beautifully from the Street but once inside it does feel a little bit basic. The bedrooms are all very good size. The addition of a walk-in robe to the master is great. The central hallway is wide enough and everything is neat and tidy. The extension passed the kitchen laundry and bathroom feels out of place, one would’ve done better to place a bathroom centrally and have a more open kitchen dining area integrating to the courtyard. It’s a great entry into the area.

The position is okay, not great. We tucked away between Canterbury Road and Bridport Street. The neighbouring homes all seem fully developed, and with council restriction stays Little to no chance of all development affecting the property.

The house is what it is and so is the land. 181 m², facing south at the back which has been overcome well with the use of skylights in some of the central areas. One wonders why this has stopped as we move towards the living and dining area.

The fixture and fittings again are okay. The house is very serviceable and very livable the way it is, allowing for some of the shortcomings discussed in earlier comments. After purchase, this would not be the end of the line in terms of investment. There is still work that needs to be done to make this a great little house.
